Protein Bars [Copycat RX Bars] │ Recipe Testing Attempt 1

Good Afternoon, Beautiful People! Today I wanted to share with you, a recipe (well, technically 2), that I tested yesterday! My husband and I recently discovered RX Bars. And while they are super delicious, they are just too damn expensive to justify eating on a regular/daily basis! If you are not familiar with RX Bars, they are protein bars, packed full of flavor, with very few ingredients. The company that created them, boasts that they (only) contain 3 Egg Whites, 6 Almonds, 4 Cashews, 2 Dates, and No B.S.! I say " only" in parenthesis because many of the bars also contain a few other simple ingredients. For example, the Chocolate Sea Salt RX Bar, also contains Cacao, Sea Salt, and Natural Chocolate Flavor. So, while all the ingredients are very simple and pure, most of the bars have added ingredients to formulate different flavored bars.
