Protein Bars [Copycat RX Bars] │ Recipe Testing Attempt 1

Good Afternoon, Beautiful People!  Today I wanted to share with you, a recipe (well, technically 2), that I tested yesterday! My husband and I recently discovered RX Bars. And while they are super delicious, they are just too damn expensive to justify eating on a regular/daily basis! If you are not familiar with RX Bars, they are protein bars, packed full of flavor, with very few ingredients. The company that created them, boasts that they (only) contain 3 Egg Whites, 6 Almonds, 4 Cashews, 2 Dates, and No B.S.! I say " only" in parenthesis because many of the bars also contain a few other simple ingredients. For example, the Chocolate Sea Salt RX Bar, also contains Cacao, Sea Salt, and Natural Chocolate Flavor. So, while all the ingredients are very simple and pure, most of the bars have added ingredients to formulate different flavored bars.  (Peanut Butter, Mixed Berry, Chocolate Chip, Blueberry, and Cinnamon Apple - just to name a few.) Welcome to my newest blog: Clean Resolutions. As I'm sure you're aware, I am a little late to the New Year's Resolutions - well, on paper anyways. At the beginning of the new year (2018), I decided to make a change. I was turning 30 this year, and it was time that I focus on becoming a "better me." I began by creating a few simple resolutions - those of which, I honestly thought would become a thing of the past, very quickly into the year. But , I have actually kept up with many of them. (I know! Surprising!) And, because of that, I have decided to create this blog, to not only share my resolutions and goals with all of you, but to also help motivate myself in keeping on track!    To begin, I kept the resolutions simple. Things like: washing my face every morning & every evening, taking pride in my skin care regimen, drinking more water everyday, eating healthier, keeping my house tidier, and saying a daily mantra that I really believe in.
